Namely a fighter claim - possibly on 6 August, 1942, seems LaGG-3
Il-2 claims:
30 October, 1942 (Il-2 claim in Hungarian 2nd Army sector, seems the plane emergency landed and pilot captured?)
31 October 1942 - 3 Il-2 claims, 2 confirmed. Third reported emergency landed behind Soviet lines and was destroyed by artillery fire - it was during an engagement with 12 Il-2s of 227. шaд escorted by 4 Hurricanes of 438. иап.
16 December 1942 2 Il-2 claims in Italian sector. I know, that there were a number of Il-2 losses, but it seems, these are identifyable in some ways: there were 4 Il-2 claims by Hungarian fighters on that day, two by Pánczél and two by Bánlaky. Exact times are not known, but two claims are before noon and two are after noon. Before noon they flew in a fighter bomber mission, when over the River Don they noticed a pair of Il-2s, flying in opposite direction. They turned back. The Hungarian fighters engaged them over Soviet territory (east of the Don) and shot down both (one by Pánczél ans the second by Bánlaky). Afternoon they claimed a very similar pair of Il-2s again. Is is possible to identify at least, the first pair? (267. шaд?)
