Слово "режим" - это маркер. Поэтому требуются разъяснения.

Хочется вас верно понять, без домыслов и допущений. Ваше использование слова "режим" несёт в себе такие сопутствующие коннотации как: авторитарное правительство или диктатура, недемократичность, произвол и недоговороспособность? Или такие коннотации отсутствуют?
