Вы опять за своё. Зайдите на сайт BP и увидите катастрофическое снижение экспорта Индонезии. Уменьшение цен может приводить к изменению структуры поставщиков — не все выдерживают цены. А увеличение - нет. Однако, к нашим угольщикам выстроились очереди, при уменьшении суммарного мирового потребления угля.
