Constitutional Status
The Bailiwicks are autonomous British Crown Dependencies. They have their own parliaments and legal systems, and are not part of the UK. The Lieutenant-Governors of each Bailiwick are the Queen’s representatives in the Islands. The UK Government is constitutionally responsible for the Islands’ defence and for formal international representation.

History
The Bailiwicks are the last remnants of the medieval Duchy of Normandy of which they were part before the Norman Conquest. The Bailiwicks remained in allegiance to the King of England when continental Normandy was lost in 1204. As a result of their fidelity, the King of England permitted them to follow their own laws and customs and liberties; which rights were later confirmed by the charters of successive sovereigns securing for Islands the rights to their own judiciaries, freedom from the English courts (i.e. the rights be governed and judged by their own laws in domestic matters) and other important privileges.

Jersey’s Parliament is the ‘States of Jersey’ which consists of 49 elected members from a mix of island-wide and parochial constituencies.

Jersey citizens have British nationality.


Guernsey’s parliament is the ‘States of Deliberation’ and consists of 38 democratically elected Guernsey members and two elected Alderney representatives.

Guernsey citizens have British nationality.

Читайте про Islander Status:


Islander Status is the term used to describe the status of a 'Channel Islander' or 'Manxman' who has no connection with the United Kingdom. Islander Status means you do not have the automatic right to live and or work in Europe. You may, however, live and work in the UK without restriction.
Checking your passport for your status
If you have Islander status, the following will be printed either on the back of the photo page in your passport or opposite the photo page on your passport:
'The holder is not entitled to benefit from EU provisions relating to employment or establishment'

Why you have Islander Status
you were born, adopted, registered or naturalised in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man and you do not have a link with the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)
you were born aboard and you got your British Nationality through a parent born, adopted, registered or naturalised in the Channel Islands or Isle of Man and you do not have a link with the UK (England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland)

You will have Islander Status if:

Guernsey-born but your passport doesn't show Islander Status?
If the phrase is not printed in your passport but you are Guernsey-born, you may have links with the UK making you exempt from Islander Status, below are how you may obtain your links with the UK;
a parent or grandparent who was born, adopted, registered or naturalised in the UK; or
residency in the UK for a period of 5 years or more.

Всё это, конечно, интересно, но к делу совершенно не идёт.

Посрамить меня можно ссылочкой, что жители Островов не являются British Sitizens (гражданами UK).

На острове живут граждане большинства стран мира, имея просто визу или паспорт страны ЕС.

Вы не в состоянии даже правильно запрос сформулировать.

Выше все ссылки приведены на официальные сайты и Великобритании, и островов. Четко определено, кто из родившихся на островах имеет право на гражданство UK, а кто только на статус островитянина. Я не виноват, что Вы не можете прочитать английский текст и понять разницу между "british nationality" и "british citizenship".
