Англы с Скасами раздают общественные деньги зарубежным клиентам богатеньких английских буратин, торгующих оружием, в то время как 2 миллиона детей в Англии болеют и отстают в росте из-за недоедания - ситуация невиданная с 30-х годов. Детские болезни о которых уже начали забывать вернулись и распространяются с приходом к власти либералов Тэтчер.
