Здорово. 2-я и 3-я дивизии наступали на Мурманск. 4-я была в резерве группы армий "Юг". Для Дитля, когда он попросил подкреплений, нашлась 6-я дивизия - которая "отдыхала" в Греции после Критской операции.

Shortly before midnight the corps chief of staff informed Army of Norway Headquarters that, with Russian landing in prtogress, the flank of the corps is endangered and operation across the Litsa could not be continued. The troops west of the Litsa held their position on the 7th, but after beating off strong counterattacks during the night they were ordered back to the west bank on the following morning. Reporting on the situation to the Army of Norway Dietl demanded increased air support and stated that he could not proceed wothout reinforcements of at leas a regiment and, preferable, a division.

At noon the next day (17 июля) corps told the Army of Norway it could no longer continue advance toward Murmansk, it intended to reduce the size of the bridgehead in order to gain enough troops to mop up the Russian forces which had landed north of Litsa Bay. Dietl belived he could not resume his offensive unless he received at least one additional division.

With Soviet troops already ashore and landings reported on the south shore of Titovka Bay, the corps faced a prospect of defending an almost continuous front 36 miles long...
On the 21st Dietl conferred with Falkenhorst, Buschenhagen and the Commanding Admiral, Norway.... The Navy, although two submarines were to be stationed at Kirkenes in addition to the five destroyers, could not promise to accomplish much against Soviet movements by sea because of the distances involved and the Russian' naval superiority.

The second and final phase of the Mountain Corps Norway operations... failed when the closing of the sea route around northern Norway delayed the arrival of the 6th Mountaion Division and brought Mountain Corps to the verge of paralysis.

Не в состоянии. Ибо война у берега, при сложном ланшафте и плохих коммуникациях - тот самый случай, когда флот очень важен.
Так же как ЧФ/БФ. Ну и ТОФ до кучи
